Since 2003, Les Fous de Bazan has offered exceptional catering services as well as a unique fine dining experience at their restaurant Le Christine in Paris. Boris and Emilie Bazan followed this success with a second restaurant, Les Fous de L'Ile, which debuted in 2008.
